My approach is grounded in a relational, depth-oriented, and client-centered foundation. Together, we'll explore not only what's happening in your life right now, but also the deeper patterns, experiences, relationships, and beliefs that may be shaping how you feel and move through the world.
At the same time, I believe insight is most powerful when it leads to meaningful change. Alongside deeper exploration and self-understanding, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other practical approaches to help translate insight into real-life growth and change.
Our work is collaborative, flexible, and individualized. Sessions can be a place to process emotions, untangle challenges, gain perspective, learn coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and build on the strengths and resources you already have. While our conversations may be intuitive and exploratory, we'll also focus on helping you create real movement toward the life you want.
For clients who are interested, I also enjoy incorporating expressive arts practices—especially visual art and creative writing—as additional pathways for self-expression, insight, and healing.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California (LMFT#144227) with seven years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan—from toddlers to teens to adults.
In addition to my private practice, I also provide online therapy for teen and young adult Kaiser Permanente clients, through Kaiser’s partnership with Daybreak Health.
In college, I studied the psychology of creativity through the lenses of poetry and printmaking at New York University’s Gallatin School, and minored in child and adolescent mental health studies. Later on, I earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles.
I completed my training hours at: Women’s Clinic Counseling Center, where I provided therapy to adult women; Roosevelt Elementary, where I provided online therapy to elementary school children; Teen Line, where I supervised, trained, and supported teen volunteers at a peer-to-peer crisis hotline; and Early Childhood Development Associates, where I co-facilitated toddler play therapy groups and provided in-person play and expressive arts therapy to children.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I also worked as a teacher and mentor at a middle/high school for five years. I specialized in teaching executive function and providing social and emotional support. Many of the students I worked with were neurodiverse.
After grad school, I completed specialized trainings in creativity coaching, expressive arts therapy, CBT, and working with Highly Sensitive People.

I specialize in working with young adults (ages 18-25), dealing with stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, identity exploration, academic pressure, and more.
I am only able to work with people who live in California, the state in which I am licensed.
My practice is not designed to support clients who are in active crisis or who need intensive care (such as suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorders, or substance use issues). If that level of support is needed, I’m happy to help you find appropriate resources and referrals.
-
My private pay fee is $175/session, with sliding scale options available. I provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
I am in-network with select insurance plans (Aetna, Carelon, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey only) through the Headway platform, which handles billing and claims.
